Michael Mavroleon

President

Michael studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens where he graduated in 1980 and later on obtained his Masters of Science in 1982 from the Carnegie Mellon University | Institute of Building Sciences.

After graduating with a master’s degree, Michael worked in the USA and returned to Greece to found the A&M GROUP. The deep and well-rounded knowledge he possesses in Architecture and Design, as well as the constant need to search for new methodologies while treating each project as a challenge, are some of the main drivers of Michael’s professional philosophy.

Today, Michael holds also the position of President of Terraversa SA, broadening the company’s international outlook with his ability to create relations of trust and friendship with the company’s clients and associates.

Alexandros Komninos

Managing Director

Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the transformation of business entities into profitable organizations.

Skilled in Marketing Management, business planning, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Customer Relation Management.

Strong and proven business development in the industries of architecture and project management, Real Estate, Biotechnology and Compliance management.

With 30 year of entrepreneurial experience in several firms he co-founded as a managing partner and CEO, constitutes him as the ideal “business guard” for structured business growth and profitability

George Patelis

Operations Manager

George graduated from Roosevelt University with a major in Finance.

He has a long history of monitoring financially, strategic project and major construction contracts and initiatives in the Middle East and Greece, including developing the project monitoring strategy, identifying the cost procedures and allocating and managing resources.

In Greece, George was employed as a costing expert in E/M Project for major hotel chains and Industry. In 2017 has joined Terraversa as an Operations Controller having under his supervision all the facility management dpt.

George’s “can do” attitude and result oriented approach, has assisted our organization to reach its goals within budget and on time.

The company’s Management has developed its Health and Safety Policy with a focus on the safety of its employees and the provision of high-level services.

• The disposal of all the necessary resources for the prevention of occupational accidents.
• The full implementation, control and review of the system of Health and Safety procedures as a whole.
• The full implementation of the Health and Safety system by all the company’s staff and for its activities as a whole.
• The readjustment and continued validity of the Health and Safety system in case of any change in the internal structure, activity and equipment of facilities.
• The review and analysis of the health and safety plan in order to set targets for continuous improvement.

• The provision of the required information and training resources for the staff in matters of health and safety.
• Communicating the Company’s Health and Safety rules to all interested parties.
